Virtual card: available immediately upon approval — you can add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and start spending right away.

Physical card: ships within 1–2 business days after approval and typically arrives in 3–5 business days depending on your location. Express delivery is available in select regions.

To complete identity verification you'll need:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence)
• A selfie taken in the app for liveness verification
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter)

Your existing virtual card remains active during the upgrade with no interruption to service.

All card transactions are visible in the Trust Wallet app:

• Go to Card → Transactions for a full history with merchant name, amount, date, and status
• Real-time push notifications for every transaction
• Download monthly statements as PDF from the app
• Export transactions as a CSV file for accounting or tax purposes

If a transaction fails, no funds are deducted from your wallet. You'll receive an instant push notification with the reason for the decline (e.g. insufficient balance, merchant restriction, or spending limit exceeded).

Common reasons for a failed transaction:

• Insufficient crypto balance to cover the purchase amount plus conversion
• Transaction exceeds your daily or monthly spending limit
• The merchant category is restricted in your region
• 3DS authentication was not completed in time

Merchant refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear. The refunded amount is converted back to the crypto you originally spent at the exchange rate at the time of refund.

If you need to dispute a transaction, open a case via Card → Transactions → [transaction] → Dispute. Disputes are reviewed within 30 days in accordance with Visa/Mastercard chargeback rules. You'll receive updates throughout the process via push notification and email.
